Directions:

Create an account and Log In.  This portal is where I will provide your test results.

Trim the nail of the animal or prick the skin under the foot to draw a small drop of blood.

Collect the blood inside the cap of a small PCR tube or on a coffee filter or cardstock paper.

Place the blood sample in its own individual baggie.

Label the bag with the corresponding bird.  For example, #1 represents a Buff Orpington, #2 represents a Black Silkie, etc.

Keep a copy for your records.

Mail me the samples.  Once I receive them, I will update your dashboard to show the samples were received and provide your results.  The address will be provided in the order confirmation email.

Watch the video to see how to collect the blood sample.  If you have any questions, please send an email: ButchersChickChickery@gmail.com.
